Frankie DiCarlantonio, Managing Partner
Frankie DiCarlantonio is often described as a "Jack of All Trades, Master of Some," but many also recognize him as a "Business Professional and Community Leader." As the Chief Executive Officer of his family’s Foodservice Corporation and a Board Member of the Jefferson County Board of Elections, Frankie brings a broad, holistic approach to his work across business, non-profit, and civic sectors. He is also deeply involved in leadership roles across various nonprofit organizations and other entrepreneurial ventures.

A natural self-learner, Frankie has cultivated a diverse skill set in various processes, tasks, and trades. With extensive experience helping both new and established businesses, he has worked as a Consultant and External Expert, providing practical and actionable advice. Over the years, he has shifted his focus towards offering tailored business services, specializing in financial services such as bookkeeping and payroll, along with online services like website development and maintenance, and business technology consulting and implementation.

As Managing Partner of 614 Associates, Frankie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing leadership for all financial services, and directly serving some of the firm’s clients. His goal is to provide comprehensive and effective solutions that empower businesses to thrive.

Frankie resides in Steubenville, Ohio, and is a dedicated and active member of his local community.
Tristan Thomas, Partner
Tristan Thomas is a native Ohioan and a Partner at 614 Associates, with a strong background in Law Enforcement. While not initially from the field of business, Tristan has been actively involved in business ventures alongside Managing Partner, focusing on business learning and business education. Now, as he transitions into providing tangible and actionable services to businesses, Tristan is a trained professional in financial services, specializing in bookkeeping and payroll for our clients.

Tristan holds a degree in Law Enforcement and is actively serving in his local community. He has risen through the ranks of a high-volume, fast-paced law enforcement agency at an above-average pace, earning recognition for his dedication and leadership. Although his career is rooted in law enforcement, Tristan has been described as having a true entrepreneurial spirit, which enables him to excel in the business world today.

At 614 Associates, Tristan supports clients in bookkeeping and payroll, leveraging his detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. Beyond his work at 614 Associates, Tristan continues to serve his community through his law enforcement role and contributes to initiatives related to community safety and social services. He resides in Toronto, Ohio, where he remains actively engaged in both his professional endeavors and community service.
Mara Eisnaugle, Partner
Mara Eisnaugle is a partner at 614 Associates, specializing in Marketing and User Interface (UI) Experience as part of the firm’s Website Development Services. She also plays a key role in delivering hands-on support through the company’s Website Maintenance Services. Though her academic background lies in Early Childhood Education, Mara seamlessly bridges her expertise in public education with her work in business and digital design.

Mara believes that her educational training uniquely enhances her approach to user experience design—translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content. Her ability to communicate effectively and empathetically stems from her foundation in teaching, allowing her to create meaningful connections through both design and strategy.

In addition to her ongoing work in education, Mara has collaborated with fellow partners on a range of entrepreneurial ventures, bringing a well-rounded and holistic perspective to every project she joins.
