As CEO of Scaffidi Restaurant Group, Frankie helped grow a family-owned business into a regional and national brand, pioneering technology adoption and managing high-impact advertising across traditional and digital media. In government, he serves as Secretary of the Ohio Association of Election Officials and on the Jefferson County Board of Elections, where he leads statewide communication efforts, advertising campaigns, and public engagement strategies.
